It’s so simple. If you’re slogging around in a dark place and seeing no exit, just try one thing.  Sing! Have 2 or 3 tunes that sometimes make you smile–  this one really does it for me– and sing it out, loud or soft, once or twice or three times.  Everything changes in a moment.  As I write this we’re hours away from airing an episode of people who’ve come together to celebrate and radiate the power of singing….
